The role works within a remote, nationwide framework, collaborating across Operations, Finance, Innovation and HR to shape strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 6 years related professional experience with transferable skills.
• Experience supporting strategic planning cycles, including long-range planning.
• Proven benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional peers and executive leadership.
• Understanding of insurance regulatory dynamics and strategic partnerships is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data synthesis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to communicate findings to senior leadership.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support development of multi-year strategic plans at enterprise and business-unit levels.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze internal performance data to identify insights and drivers.
• Collaborate with Ops, Finance, Innovation, HR, Technology to inform priorities.
• Support development for new initiatives, partnerships, and M&A assessments.
• Build executive-level presentations and briefing materials.
• Monitor progress of core strategic initiatives with Execution and Recognition teams.
