Qualifications

• 6 years related professional experience with transferable skills.
• Experience supporting strategic planning cycles, including long-range planning, with ability to distill market and internal insights into executive-ready insights and deliverables.
• Proven competitive benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional peers and executive leadership.
• Familiarity with insurance industry's regulatory, competitive dynamics, and strategic partnerships is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to communicate findings to senior leadership.
• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Support development of multi-year strategic plans at the enterprise and business unit levels.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze internal performance data to identify key strategic insights and performance drivers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic priorities.
• Support development for new initiatives, partnerships, and M&A assessments.
• Build executive-level presentations and briefing materials for planning sessions.
• Monitor progress and performance of core strategic initiatives with related teams.
