Job summary

Habitat for Humanity International seeks a Corporate Development Manager to lead the implementation and day-to-day management of corporate partnerships within our Corporate Partnerships team.

Reporting to the regional Director of Corporate Partnership Management, you will collaborate across Habitat teams, corporate partners, affiliates, and stakeholders to manage projects, reporting, events, and processes that fuel growth, renewal, and meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in fundraising and/or project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using business systems and tools such as CRM platforms, Smartsheet, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Partnership Implementation: Manage day-to-day execution of assigned partnerships.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Support fundraising strategies and coordinate with Finance, Communications, Legal, and program teams.
• Manage Projects and Operations: Oversee project plans, documentation, and CRM/SharePoint/Smartsheet usage.
• Monitor Performance and Deliver Reporting: Track results and prepare donor impact reports.
• Support Events and Engagement Opportunities: Lead partner participation in Habitat events.
