Autolus Inc. is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join the legal team, with a focus on SEC filings, state registrations, and governance across the United Kingdom, Germany, and Switzerland. The role requires meticulous organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will file Form 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, manage annual reports, and support financings, mergers and acquisitions within a remote-friendly setting at Autolus.

Formación

• Minimum 5–7 years as a corporate paralegal in a corporate legal dept or law firm.
• Experience managing governance for entities in UK, Germany and/or Switzerland.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and file SEC documents (Form 8-K, Section 16(a)).
• Assist with state registrations and annual reports/ar business licenses.
• Coordinate governance across Autolus group (UK, Germany, Switzerland).
• Maintain corporate records (minute books, resolutions, bylaws).
• Support corporate transactions (financings, mergers & acquisitions).
• Conduct legal research and provide updates/analysis on corporate matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel and regulators as needed.
