Job summary

Veralto is seeking a Manager of Corporate Development in the United States to lead and support acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments and strategic transactions. You will combine rigorous financial analysis with cross-functional partnership across markets, due diligence, valuation, negotiation and transition planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or a related discipline required; advanced degree and/or professional qualification preferred.
• Accounting qualification (e.g. CPA or equivalent) preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence and/or corporate development required.
• Experience from a leading public accounting firm valued, particularly in financial due diligence, business combinations, valuation or deal execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to convert complex analysis into executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Meaningfully participate in multiple active M&A projects across deal types and manage competing priorities.
• Support end-to-end transaction execution including due diligence planning, financial analysis, valuation, and materials.
• Engage with investment banks, advisers, PE firms and other counterparties; share market insights.
• Work with operating companies to transition diligence findings into post-close action plans.
• Demonstrate Veralto Enterprise System behaviors and disciplined prioritization.
