Job summary

SkinSpirit is seeking a Corporate Development Manager focused on medical aesthetics. This remote‑USA role owns financial evaluation and execution of acquisitions and acqui-hires, building EBITDA‑adjusted models and negotiating with clinic owners. You will manage deal flow and provide defensible, data‑driven recommendations.

Required: 3–5 years in PE or related finance, advanced Excel, and strong communication. Healthcare experience is a strong plus; remote work within the USA is supported.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory/quality of earnings, corporate development, or a comparable finance role
• Hands‑on experience building adjusted EBITDA analyses and valuation models for small and lower‑middle‑market businesses (roughly $2–10M in revenue)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Ability to evaluate individual provider economics and client portability, not just practice‑level financials

Responsibilities

• Deal screening and evaluation: Review inbound and outbound opportunities, assess fit against acquisition criteria; Prepare memos and recommendations; Build pipeline tracker and deal database
• Financial analysis and quality of earnings: Analyze P&Ls, tax returns, bank statements, and POS/EMR data; Build EBITDA bridges; Analyze operating metrics and provider economics
• Valuation and deal structuring: Develop valuation models using EBITDA multiples and DCF; Model cash at close, seller notes, earnouts; Prepare materials for leadership
• Provider acqui-hires: Identify independent providers, assess book of business, project incremental revenue; Structure retention incentives; Verify licensing and scope
• Diligence and closing: Manage diligence data requests; Identify risks; Support LOI drafting and close with counsel
• Post-close: Track performance against investment case; Refine criteria and underwriting
