SkinSpirit is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to lead the financial evaluation and execution of acquisitions and acqui-hire transactions in the medical aesthetics space. You will craft EBITDA-ready analyses, model provider economics, and support negotiations with owners and providers.

This is a hands-on, deal-driven role requiring strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers remote work in the USA, with a comprehensive benefits package and a clear path to impact

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory/quality of earnings, corporate development, or a comparable finance role.
• Hands-on experience building adjusted EBITDA analyses and valuation models for small and lower-middle-market businesses ($2–10M in revenue).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to evaluate provider economics and client portability, not just practice-level financials.
• Ability to work with incomplete financial data and turn into clear conclusions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to present to senior leadership.
• High ownership, judgment, and ability to manage multiple deals.
