Job summary

SkinSpirit is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to own the financial evaluation and execution of acquisitions and acqui-hire transactions in a fast-paced healthcare services environment. You will build EBITDA-adjusted models, assess provider economics, and support leadership in valuation and negotiation through close.

In this remote-US role, you will screen deals, perform diligence, model deal structures, and coordinate with external advisors while maintaining a robust pipeline and clear

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or equivalent finance roles.
• Hands-on experience building EBITDA analyses and valuation models for small/lower-middle-market businesses ($2-10M revenue).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to evaluate provider economics and client portability, not just practice-level financials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deal Screening and Evaluation: review opportunities and prepare investment memos for leadership.
• Financial Analysis and Quality of Earnings: analyze P&Ls, tax returns, and EMR data; normalize earnings.
• Valuation and Deal Structuring: develop EBITDA-based models and model deal structures.
• Provider Acqui-hires: assess independent providers and build provider-level economic models.
• Diligence and Closing: manage data requests, issue tracking, and LOI support.
• Post-Close Support: track performance and refine underwriting assumptions.
