Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will provide practical legal guidance across a dynamic technology environment, supporting business leaders on policies, procedures, and complex legal questions.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $104,900 – $174,700 annually. You will help shape legal strategy, strengthen compliance practices, and create tools for consistent, business-minded decision-making across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in good standing.
• 3+ years of law firm experience handling complex legal and business issues independently.
• Advanced knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies in area of expertise.
• Ability to communicate legal concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
• Proven ability to research and apply legal concepts effectively.
• Experience collaborating with clients to prioritize business objectives.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the organization's legal services with senior guidance.
• Provide specialist advice on policies and procedures, resolving complex queries.
• Contribute specialist insights to functional strategy formation.
• Draft policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with external requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert in technology, policy, or regulation.
• Develop stakeholder engagement by identifying and addressing their needs.
• Create practical templates and best practices for consistent legal review.
