Colliers is seeking a licensed attorney to provide legal counsel across our commercial real estate services, with a focus on brokerage. The role involves contract negotiation, review of leases and vendor agreements, and risk management support.
You will collaborate with service line professionals, assist in research projects, and build positive relationships across Colliers to ensure clear objectives and service levels.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited school.
- Active State Bar in good standing.
- 3–8 years of legal experience, preferably in-house in CRE or related field.
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in high-volume settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel across Colliers' CRE services with emphasis on brokerage.
- Review and draft contracts, leases, and vendor agreements.
- Support risk management and advise on legal risks for business lines.
- Collaborate with service line professionals to meet objectives and SLAs.
- Assist senior legal staff on research and priority projects.
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment.
