Job summary

Pact is a modern, fully virtual law firm redefining how commercial and business law is delivered. We seek Associate Attorneys with 4+ years of experience to join our fractional general counsel practice, drafting contracts and advising clients while working across state lines.

This role offers a base salary range of $150,000 to $225,000, with significant performance-based bonuses, a monthly remote stipend, comprehensive health coverage (vision and dental), a wellness reimbursement, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with active bar status and multi-state licensure preferred.
• Strong contract drafting, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and corporate governance experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, cross-state environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist businesses in preventing, navigating, and resolving complex legal issues.
• Provide legal advice to clients regarding corporate and business matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize business agreements.
• Identify issues and develop practical, thoughtful solutions.
• Manage multiple clients, matters, deadlines, and deliverables with consistency.
• Collaborate with partners and attorneys to ensure high-quality execution.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys on complex client matters.
