The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience, be comfortable across multiple areas of law, and show sound judgment and ownership of matters from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• In-house or corporate environment experience preferred.
• Ability to handle diverse legal areas across business functions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements.
• Advise on regulatory, environmental, and corporate matters affecting operations.
• Support federal and state grants, government-funded projects, and related compliance.
