Job summary

Carisk Partners in the United States, a Best Places to Work award-winning organization, seeks an entry-level Corporate Counsel to join its in-house legal team. This role targets a recently licensed attorney with approximately 1–2 years of legal experience who wants to develop broad corporate and transactional proficiency in a fast-paced business environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Approximately 1–2 years of relevant legal experience preferred.
• Interest in corporate law, commercial contracts, governance, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong research, writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized legal files, databases, contract records, and corporate documentation.
• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a variety of commercial and corporate documents.
• Assist with corporate governance matters, including board materials and filings.
• Maintain and update corporate records, entity records, and annual reports.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on corporate, contractual, regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and outside counsel; manage multiple projects.
