Job summary

Carisk Partners seeks an Entry-Level Corporate Counsel to join its in-house legal team. The role targets a recently licensed attorney with about 1–2 years of experience, aiming to develop broad corporate and transactional proficiency in a fast-paced business environment.

The position focuses on corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and entity management, with remote work option in South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar license.
• 1–2 years of relevant legal experience in house or in a firm preferred but not required.
• Interest in broad corporate and transactional law in a fast-paced business.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong research, writing, and communication abilities to support governance and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and governance docs.
• Assist with entity formation, filings, minutes, and board materials.
• Maintain corporate records and ensure timely regulatory compliance.
• Provide business-focused legal guidance to Finance, HR, Operations, and Sales.
