Qualifications

• Venture financings and corporate transactions experience required.
• Strong corporate governance, entity management, and equity administration.
• Excellent drafting, proofreading, and project management skills.
• Interest in AI, legal tech, and automation.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, async environment.

Responsibilities

• Support financings, board approvals, and other corporate matters.
• Own transaction execution from signatures to closing.
• Maintain master data room and ensure records are current.
• Manage state filings, annual reports, and subsidiary records.
• Design AI-enabled intake workflows and self-service tools.
• Develop templates and playbooks for recurring processes.
• Identify repetitive work and build scalable processes.
