Ideal candidates have 3+ years of corporate law experience and can navigate securities laws and fund documents in a fully remote setting. Remote work aligns with NY-based operations while supporting clients nationwide.

• Advise sponsors on formation and structuring of venture capital funds.
• Represent emerging companies and investors on equity financings (seed, Series A-C, growth-stage).
• Draft and negotiate fund documents.
