Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is hiring a Corporate Attorney specializing in Fund Formation for a high-impact, fully remote role. The position involves structuring, launching, and advising on venture capital, private equity, and private credit funds.

Responsibilities include drafting LP/GP agreements, PPMs, and subscription documents, managing regulatory compliance (SEC/Blue Sky), and advising on ongoing fund operations for emerging managers and established funds.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active New York State Bar admission.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate or fund experience.
• Experience drafting LP/GP agreements, PPMs and subscription documents.
