Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate limited partnership agreements (LPAs).
• Draft and negotiate subscription agreements.
• Draft and negotiate stock purchase agreements.
• Advise on fund formation, including venture capital structures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with the Investment Company Act and the Investment Advisers Act.
