Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s with specified experience in PR/communications.
• Master’s or Doctorate preferred with healthcare/biotech exposure.
• Experience requirements as stated: 4+ / 7+ / 9+ years in PR/communications.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of integrated communications strategies for Obesity and Related Conditions.
• Oversee multiple ongoing communications initiatives with project management focus.
• Support internal communications and engagement initiatives such as town halls and executive memos.
• Oversee development of multimedia content for internal, web, and social channels.
• Lead development and distribution of internal communications and thought leadership content.
• Collaborate with enterprise communications and agency partners on priority communications.
• Lead metrics reporting around external and internal communications initiatives.
• Stay abreast of trends to share insights and identify opportunities.
• Lead research and tactical execution for priority initiatives, including data milestones and medical meetings.
• Support budget planning and vendor management.
