Job summary

Qualifications

Doctorate or equivalent in a relevant scientific field with 2+ years of Medical/Scientific Affairs experience.
A Master's degree with 6+ years in Medical/Scientific Affairs or a Bachelor's with 8+ years of experience.
Experience in strategic content planning, medical information, and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing scientific communications and promotion of prescription products.
Ability to manage external vendors and drive multi-channel engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead development and oversee global and US scientific communication and HCP engagement plans.
Develop strategic content briefs aligned to scientific narratives and engagement plans.
Review and disseminate scientific materials ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Partner with analytics and field leaders to define metrics and measure impact.
Mentor staff and manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality and compliance.
