Abbott is seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist, Coronary in the U.S. to promote Vascular products via education and clinical support. You will educate physicians on product usage, participate in case reviews, and attend labs and procedures to ensure patient and customer success.

Travel up to 50% and close collaboration with sales and R&D are essential for achieving sales goals. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of clinical experience and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 6+ years of related work experience with clinical acumen.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned region.
• Preferred patient interaction experience in a lab/operating room.
• Relevant technical certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for clinical support in surgical coverage and education.
• Educate customers on clinical usage with presentations and demonstrations.
• Perform clinical/library research and participate in case reviews.
• Attend clinical procedures in labs and operating rooms to ensure success.
• Meet with existing and potential clients by traveling to discuss clinical needs and products.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers.
• Respond to customer needs with feasible solutions through cross-functional teams.
