Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field; rising senior graduating Dec 2027 or May 2028 preferred.
• GPA of 3.4 or higher preferred.
• Must complete mandatory new hire compliance training and New Employee Orientation.
• Ability to access and interpret information on computer screens and reports; long hours at a computer possible.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internship program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify client needs and tailor banking solutions.
• Assist with data analytics, due diligence on banking platforms, and document reviews to support client engagement.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and team leaders on real-time consumer and business initiatives.
• Support activities to enhance user engagement and promote banking services through various channels.
• Prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
