The program includes onboarding, mentorship, speaker series, and networking opportunities, with a focus on professional development and real-time business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field; rising Senior graduating in December 2027 or May 2028 preferred.
• 3.4 GPA preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; strong analytical and creative mindset; exposure to Visio, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint and Power Query is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internship program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects.
• Assist with data analytics, due diligence on projects, and administrative support for business intelligence, process improvement and production management programs.
• Collaborate with business solutions team members, operations managers, analysts/specialists, and team leaders to contribute to real-time business initiatives.
• Prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
