You will engage in workshops, receive mentorship, and contribute to real-time business initiatives while developing professional skills and networking across the organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field; rising senior expected Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; analytical and creative mindset, eagerness to learn.
• Eligible for mandatory compliance training and New Employee Orientation.
• Ability to access and interpret information on computer screens and documents; extended desk-based work.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internship program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects.
• Assist with data analytics, due diligence on projects, and administrative support for BI and process improvement programs.
• Collaborate with business solutions team members and operations leaders on real-time business initiatives.
• Prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
