SouthState Bank offers a Core Banking Internship Program designed as a dynamic 10-week experience for undergraduate students. Interns will collaborate with seasoned professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to operations, client engagement, and strategic initiatives that drive community impact.

You will work with cross-functional teams on market research, data analytics, and support for client outreach while developing professional skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field; rising senior graduating in December 2027 or May 2028 preferred; 3.4 GPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internship program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify client needs and recommend tailored banking solutions.
• Assist with data analytics, due diligence on banking platforms, and document reviews to support client engagement and outreach.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts/specialists, and team leaders to contribute to real-time consumer and business initiatives.
• Support activities to enhance user engagement and promote banking services through various channels.
• Prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
