• Experience writing for digital marketing channels, including email, web, and social.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization best practices.
• Experience coordinating projects or managing marketing workflows is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with CMS and marketing platforms like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread marketing content across multiple channels, including email campaigns, website content, landing pages, social media, advertisements, and collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership to translate objectives into clear messaging.
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across communications.
• Support content strategy initiatives to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
• Manage content revisions and incorporate stakeholder feedback while preserving quality.
• Coordinate marketing project intake and assist in prioritizing requests.
• Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
• Facilitate communication among creative, digital, compliance, and business stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain marketing calendars, workflow tools, and project tracking systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and team efficiency.
• Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis to optimize future efforts.
