Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, PR, or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional copywriting, content marketing, or communications experience.
• Experience writing for digital marketing channels (email, web, social).
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
• Experience coordinating projects or managing marketing workflows is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and PM platforms like Asana, Monday.com or Wrike.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread marketing content across multiple channels (email, website, social, ads, brochures).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership to translate objectives into messaging.
• Ensure brand voice consistency across communications.
• Support content strategy to drive engagement, leads, and brand awareness.
• Manage content revisions and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Coordinate marketing project intake and prioritize requests.
• Track project status, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication among creative, digital, compliance, and business stakeholders.
