Job summary

Intec Select Limited is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead a company-wide transformation in a fully remote role across the United States, including Texas. The COO will partner with the CEO to turn strategy into execution, redesign the operating model, and deliver measurable efficiency, quality, and margin gains.

The candidate will shape long-term strategy and culture while guiding an executive leadership team, CFO, and board through a scalable operating framework.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Ability to design target operating models and governance.
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of a business-wide transformation program from diagnosis to embedded change.
• Define the target operating model, including structure, governance, decision rights and operating cadence.
• Sequence and prioritize change initiatives with interdependencies and risk management.
• Act as the visible leader of change, communicating clearly and engaging employees.
• Identify and remove inefficiencies, standardize core processes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish KPI frameworks and dashboards for the executive team to view performance.
• Partner with technology leadership to modernize systems and enable automation.
• Own the operating budget and contribute to planning, forecasting and investments.
