D2B is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to support a UK-based residential conveyancing team remotely from South Africa or the Philippines. The role covers end-to-end duties across the lifecycle, with supervision from UK-based fee earners.

You will manage searches, drafts and post-completion tasks, helping to keep caseloads moving during peak periods and staff leave, while maintaining compliance and clear communication with UK colleagues.

Qualifications

• Residential conveyancing experience under English and Welsh law.
• End-to-end UK conveyancing lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience handling AP1, SDLT filings and requisitions.

Responsabilités

• Provide floating support across sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
• Assist with searches, document reviews and onboarding compliance (KYC/AML).
• Draft standard contracts, TR1s, and mortgage documents under guidance.
• Own post-completion tasks including SDLT, Land Registry filings and registrations.
