D2B is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to support a UK-based residential conveyancing team remotely from South Africa or the Philippines. The role covers end-to-end duties across the lifecycle, with supervision from UK-based fee earners.
You will manage searches, drafts and post-completion tasks, helping to keep caseloads moving during peak periods and staff leave, while maintaining compliance and clear communication with UK colleagues.
Position : Conveyancing Paralegal
Salary : £1,000 per month
Working Hours : UK business hours
Holidays : UK public holidays
We are seeking an adaptable, highly reliable Conveyancing Paralegal to join our UK based client as a dedicated, full-time remote team member based in South Africa or the Philippines.
Our UK based client is an established East London law firm handling approximately 100 residential conveyancing matters per month. To relieve pressure across the department, free up existing UK fee earners, and ensure seamless service, the firm is creating a flexible, “floating” offshore conveyancing resource.
In this role, you will act as an essential operational engine—supporting multiple fee earners, taking complete ownership of routine and post-completion work across the department, and stepping in to cover active caseloads during periods of high volume or annual leave under UK supervision. Whether assisting with initial searches, reviewing documents, or managing post-completion requirements, you will take work away from the team without creating additional management burden.
Communicate clearly, professionally, and articulately with UK colleagues, estate agents, lenders, redemption departments, and opposing conveyancers.
The firm’s UK fee earners have significantly more time to focus on complex legal matters and firm growth; post-completion tasks are executed flawlessly on time; caseloads progress uninterrupted during staff absences; and the department operates smoothly without creating added management oversight for the Managing Directors.
