Job summary
Cognizant is seeking a Conversational AI Platform Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI and agentic AI solutions using AWS and bedrock-powered services.
You will collaborate with architects, cloud engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions, including voice and chat bots, with emphasis on performance, reliability, and security.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience building Conversational AI and Agentic AI platforms using AWS services and Bedrock.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM apps, tool/call automation, and multi-agent workflows.
- Designing intent models, conversations, prompts, and NLU for high-quality user experiences.
- Strong AWS cloud development experience: Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI platforms and bots on AWS and Bedrock.
- Build Agentic AI applications with multi-agent workflows and function calling.
- Develop production-grade LLM applications with tool calling and agent orchestration patterns.
- Design intents, prompts, and NLUs for accurate and engaging user experiences.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AI agents for performance and cost efficiency.
