Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience overseeing a portfolio of projects.
• Background in operations and controls engineering or a related field.
• Experience across standard project management practices and methodologies.
• Ability to identify, assess, and manage project risks to mitigate potential impacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects and backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and manage portfolio-level risks, dependencies, and conflicts; mitigate issues.
• Document successes and milestones for each project as they occur.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, project teams, and clients; manage expectations.
• Help establish governance structures and processes; define and implement project management standards.
• Monitor progress and performance; conduct regular reviews and reporting on status, risks, and issues.
• Provide guidance and support to the team and serve as the primary point of contact for project matters.
