Job summary

This on-site/remote-capable position requires a engineering degree, 3–5 years of controls experience in manufacturing, and proficiency with CMMS and SAP Plant Maintenance to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of controls experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with electronics, controls, mechanical and electrical components in food manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve control system issues for automation equipment.
• Support capital projects, startup, commissioning, and verification activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and control system records.
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Provide training to operators and maintenance staff on control methods.
