CyberCoders is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for automation and process control applications in Acton, MA. The role involves collaborating with hardware and software teams to optimize performance and reliability through rigorous testing and simulations.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Control Engineering with hands-on experience in controller design, embedded systems, AutoCAD/SolidWorks, and measurement tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in control systems and controllers design and implementation.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks, PID control, and sensor technologies
• Experience with embedded systems integration and electrical design.
• Proficiency in using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters for testing and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Design and develop control systems for automation and process control applications.
• Implement and test control algorithms to ensure system performance meets specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with hardware and software components.
• Conduct system simulations and analysis to validate control strategies and system behavior.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems and hardware integration.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
