ZipStaff Inc. is seeking a Controls Engineer to design, develop, install, and maintain equipment used to monitor and control complex engineering systems for a leading manufacturer in construction and mining equipment.

This contract role runs from November 16, 2026 through November 15, 2028 and supports the Yucca, AZ area remotely. You will join the autonomy validation and technology development group, focusing on test planning, execution, and troubleshooting of autonomous systems, with

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in controls engineering, electrical design, or automated systems.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical requirements, robotic safety standards, and motor controls.
• Experience in testing, evaluating, and calibrating hardware and control products.
• Self-directed, quality-focused approach with strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely supporting the Yucca, AZ area.

Responsibilities
