Rho Nutrition is seeking a hands-on Controller to own accounting operations. You will run the close, safeguard the integrity of financial statements, lead tax and audit readiness, and build scalable processes for a fast-growing, multi-channel CPG business.

This is a working leader role, coaching a small team while reviewing reconciliations and postings. You will partner with Operations, Sales, and Leadership to improve financial visibility and operational efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, incl. 3+ years leading staff.
• Experience in CPG, food & beverage, manufacturing, or ecommerce.
• Active CPA strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606.
• Hands-on month-end close ownership and scalable processes.
• Experience with sales tax compliance and income tax reporting.
• ERP implementation or selection experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close within three business days.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant statements.
• Oversee AP/AR, payroll, and tax filings.
• Lead ERP implementation and process improvements.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, and Leadership on financial visibility.
