Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate or law firm setting.
• Strong understanding of contract analysis, review, negotiation, and execution.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms.
• Experience in legal matter management platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to support high-volume contracting needs across a multistate organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer the contract lifecycle from intake through execution and post-execution tracking.
• Draft, revise, and coordinate review of standard-form contracts and amendments.
• Maintain records in the contract lifecycle management platform with version control and compliance.
• Monitor outstanding items, obligations, and expiration dates for timely follow-up.
• Draft ancillary legal documents and exhibits related to corporate transactions.
