Job summary

National Forest Foundation seeks a Contracts and Procurement Coordinator to manage solicitations and contracting for field projects across the US. The role reports to the Contracts and Procurement Attorney and partners with field staff to ensure compliant procurement of equipment and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification with 3+ years in contract administration.
• Paralegal certificate or legal contract experience a plus.
• Experience in forestry or recreation infrastructure is a plus.
• Knowledge of 2 CFR 200, FAR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and solicitations (RFPs, RFIs) ensuring compliance.
• Review contracts and amendments for terms and NFF requirements.
• Draft revisions and lead negotiations with field staff.
• Support contract templates and provide stakeholder guidance.
• Engage with Contracts and Procurement Attorney on complex matters.
• Maintain contract data and documentation.
