Job summary

Latitude is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Paralegal for a fully remote, full-time contract role. You will review customer contracts using AI tools and a contracts playbook, apply standard positions, and deliver redlined drafts with a concise summary to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has experience with MSAs, NDAs, order forms, SaaS agreements, and strong collaboration across departments. Previous exposure to Harvey or similar legal AI platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in contract administration, contracts management, or as a contracts paralegal.
Experience with legaltech such as contract lifecycle management platforms, e-signature tools, and contract repositories.
Proficiency with general office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Forms, Copilot).

Responsibilities

Manage intake, routing, and tracking of contract requests in workflow under senior attorney.
Review incoming customer contracts using AI license and playbook.

Job description

In-House Contract Manager/Paralegal (Fully Remote/ Full-Time Contract Role)

Latitude Legal is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager or Paralegal to support the in-house legal team of a corporate client on a full-time contract basis (40 hours per week). The role is fully remote and starts with a one-month term that may be extended. You’ll review the client’s incoming customer contracts using the client’s AI license and its contracts playbook. You’ll mark up each agreement against the client’s standard positions and fallback language, then send the redlines and a short summary of key issues to the internal stakeholder, who will return them to the customer. The ideal candidate has solid experience reviewing commercial contracts such as MSAs, NDAs, order forms and SaaS agreements. You should be comfortable applying a playbook consistently, using AI-assisted review tools, and working quickly and accurately with little supervision. Experience with Harvey or similar legal AI platforms is strongly preferred.

This is a temporary contract position (as a benefits-eligible Latitude W2 employee) with an initial term of one month. It’s a strong fit for a contract administrator, contracts specialist, or experienced contracts paralegal who enjoys bringing order to a high-volume process and wants to work side by side with in-house counsel.

Responsibilities Of The Contract Administrator

Manage the intake, routing, and tracking of contract requests through the legal department’s contracting workflow, under the direction of a senior attorney
Review the client’s incoming customer contracts using its AI license and its contracts playbook.
Redline agreements so they match the client’s preferred positions and approved fallback language.
Send the marked‑up drafts and a short summary of key issues to the internal stakeholder, who will return them to the customer.

Requirements For The Contract Administrator

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience in contract administration, contracts management, or as a contracts paralegal; alternatively, other similar digital document / process management
Demonstrated experience with legaltech, such as contract lifecycle management platforms, e-signature tools, and contract repositories
Demonstrated proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Forms, and Copilot
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and competing deadlines
Comfortable communicating and collaborating across departments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding professional references

Position Details Of The Contract Administrator

Compensation

Pay: Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate's preference.
