Providence Strategic And Management Services is seeking a mid-level Contracts Manager to oversee the review, negotiations, and finalization of clinical trial agreements. This role is remote and partners with Research Operations and Budget teams.

You will ensure compliance with privacy, HIPAA, and IP requirements, while supporting local program administrative teams as needed. A JD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years in contract review and negotiation, with experience in privacy law, HIPAA, compliance, contracts or IP.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and finalize clinical trial agreements.
• Collaborate with Research Operations and Budget teams and local program administrative teams.
• Support department processes and ensure compliance throughout contracting lifecycle.
