Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in contract management, financial analysis, and budget development.
• Minimum 3 years managing staff, process, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities and operational contracts from scope through vendor coordination and compliance.
• Process high-volume invoices and maintain tracking systems for audit readiness.
• Support payroll and expense oversight and coordinate emergency work order documentation.
