Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Federal Acquisition Management professional to support a Navy client with acquisition documentation, staffing coordination, and program tracking. You will prepare briefs, lead status updates, and respond to data calls while coordinating across stakeholders.

The role requires DoD/Navy acquisition exposure, strong MS Office skills, and a Secret clearance, with compensation guidance and full benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal acquisition, procurement, or program management for a DoD or Navy client.
• Experience creating, reviewing, coordinating, and maintaining acquisition documentation and procurement packages.
• Experience tracking contract actions, executive actions, taskers, or information requests.
• Experience developing briefs, presentations, and status updates for leadership.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across organizations.
• Knowledge of Navy funding types and AMS/PIEE systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain acquisition documentation and procurement packages.
• Coordinate staffing and signature packages; track program actions.
• Provide briefs and status updates for leadership; supportread‑ahead materials and meeting minutes.
• Respond quickly to data calls; coordinate across stakeholders; manage spend plans and scheduling.
