Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking a Sr. Talent Advisor to expand our nationwide footprint.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment, from identifying qualified clinical and non-clinical talent to crafting competitive offers, while partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders. You will build trust-based relationships with candidates, manage multiple roles (including BCBAs and RBTs), and analyze recruiting performance to refine strategy.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct recruitment/interviewing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire attraction process from identifying qualified talent to crafting the most competitive offer.
• Provide thought partnership to shape and best match the needs of ABC and the talent in the market.
• Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns.
• Identify and attract qualified clinical talent (e.g., BCBAs, RBTs).
• Analyze effectiveness of efforts through search progress reports, status updates, and market trend/feedback presentations to senior leadership.
