Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist (CS2567) for a full-time contract role. You will support development, review, negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts across procurement, legal, finance, and operations.

The position emphasizes accurate, compliant, cost-effective agreements, deadlines tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Remote or hybrid work options may be available depending on project and organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, contract management, procurement, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in contract administration or related field.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and commercial agreements.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience with contract management systems, ERP or procurement software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and administer contracts, agreements, amendments, statements of work, and related documentation.
• Manage contract lifecycle from initial request through renewal and closeout.
• Review contract terms, pricing, deliverables, milestones, service requirements, and performance obligations.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
• Support negotiations with vendors, suppliers, clients, contractors, and service providers.
• Monitor deadlines, renewals, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Legal Studies, or related field
