Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist on a full-time contract basis to support development, review, negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts and agreements across procurement, legal, finance, and operations.

The role collaborates with stakeholders to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational objectives, while managing lifecycle activities from request through renewal and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Procurement, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in contract administration, procurement, or related field.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and commercial agreements.
• Experience reviewing contracts, pricing schedules, vendor agreements, and service arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and administer contracts, agreements, amendments, statements of work, and related documentation.
• Manage contract activities throughout the full lifecycle from request through renewal and closeout.
• Review contract terms, pricing, deliverables, milestones, service requirements, and performance obligations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and support negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
