Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing (Contract) to lead integrated marketing initiatives for the Creators business. The role combines people leadership with hands-on campaign ownership, managing marketing contractors while driving customer-first programs across mobile apps such as Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Adobe Firefly.

You will coach two contract marketing managers, own campaigns end-to-end, and partner with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, and regional teams

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or marketing leadership.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives with measurable business results.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing across brand, digital, social, media, and content.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams and driving alignment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of two contract marketing managers while providing day-to-day guidance and support.
• Own integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and planning through execution and performance measurement.
• Develop campaign briefs aligned with business goals and customer insights.
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Media, and regional teams to execute large-scale campaigns.
• Manage budgets, timelines, project prioritization, and resource planning.
• Drive operational excellence while maintaining high-quality campaign execution.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment.
