CoxHealth is seeking a Contract Resolution Specialist to support its vast network, ensuring contract terms are applied accurately and staff are trained on agreements. The role requires navigating complex payor contracts and staying current with regulatory changes to protect revenue integrity.

Travel locally as needed; a strong understanding of managed care and CoxHealth contracts will help ensure smooth operations for hospitals and clinics across southwest Missouri.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years experience in provider office, healthcare billing, healthcare insurance and/or Managed Care.
• Knowledge of complex multi-provider payor contracts and compliance standards.
• Experience in provider relations or physicians office management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contract resolution and alignment with provider contracts.
• Interpret and communicate policy changes related to contracts and payors.
• Educate network providers on contract terms and requirements.
