Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support Manufacturing/Engineering hiring across our RPO client, focusing on multi-channel sourcing and candidate relationship management. This remote role supports Eastern or Central Time Zones and emphasizes a high-touch recruitment approach with clients and candidates alike.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment, hands-on sourcing, and experience with applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications

3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
3+ years of client facing experience with Hiring Managers.
3+ years of competency/behavioral based interviews.
3+ years of ATS experience.
3+ years of sourcing methodologies including Boolean searches.

Responsibilities

Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates for current and future requirements.
Maintain client relationship management with timely, professional, responsive communications.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and strategies in recruitment processes.
Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for recruitment processes.
Follow agreed client recruitment processes for recruitment delivery.
Use competency interviewing to differentiate candidates in presentation and short-listing.
