Job summary

Viridan Group is launching a new Houston hub and seeking an Associate Contract Recruitment Consultant. This is a remote-first role with occasional onsite days at our Downtown Houston hub, offering autonomy while collaborating in person.

You’ll work on contract recruitment across energy, renewables, and infrastructure, sourcing professionals across multiple functions and building strong client relationships. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract recruitment, recruitment sales, or B2B sales.
• Experience in energy, renewables, engineering or infrastructure is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial, results-driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivering contract recruitment assignments across energy, renewables and infrastructure.
• Sourcing and engaging professionals across engineering, construction, project controls, HSE, commissioning, operations and commercial functions.
• Building strong relationships with clients and contractors.
• Managing the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Supporting retained, exclusive and contingent searches alongside senior consultants.
• Developing your skills across recruitment, business development and client management.
• Progressing toward managing your own clients and specialist market.
