Job summary

Talentify is seeking a clerical support to assist in contract processes. This remote United States position involves accurate data entry, handling notices, and keeping case files up to date.

You will log mail, research addresses, and support special projects as needed. A High School Diploma and at least six months of experience are required, with education substitutions allowed; US residency for the past three years is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of work experience required; college education or technical training may substitute on a month-for-month basis.
• Residency in the United States for a minimum of three years out of the last five is required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enters data (key/type) into applicable systems.
• Faxes effectuation notices and files the confirmations in the electronic case folders.
• Logs returned mail and researches the applicable system for the correct address.
• May email electronic notices of hearing (eNOH) or other notices.
• May retrieve and deliver mail from and to the mailroom.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
